Because beard care products are personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return Requirements

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with your carrier and local delivery location first
  • Contact us if the issue remains unresolved
