At Hey Man Nice Beard, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best available shipping rate. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders using the following trusted carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

Shipping carrier selection and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the most current carrier pricing.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time using current carrier rates

  • Rates are displayed during checkout before payment is completed

  • We do not add handling or markup fees to carrier shipping rates

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • During promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on carrier and destination:

  • USPS: 2–5 business days (depending on service level)

  • UPS: 1–5 business days

  • FedEx: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment

  • You may track your package directly through the carrier’s website

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may be shipped via USPS only

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible

  • We will assist with filing claims or locating your shipment when applicable

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Reshipment costs due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer
